State Senator Patricia Jehlen (D-Somerville) who currently serves as the Chair of the Committee on Elder Affairs, at a recent forum where remarks on the issue of road testing of seniors seeking to renew their drivers licenses included an admission that she had broken the Law when she acted on her Father's behalf and used the Internet to renew his license when she knew he had medical issues and perhaps he should have been forced at the time to forgo his driving privileges.
